These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777six ("777six", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website located at https://777six.org and all associated services, features, games, betting markets, payment systems, promotions, and content offered thereunder.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. Your continued use of the 777six platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your reference.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 777six.

To register and maintain an active account on 777six, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This age threshold applies without exception, regardless of the legal gambling age in your local jurisdiction. By creating a 777six account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and any non-human legal persons may not register accounts on 777six.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing 777six from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where 777six has expressly indicated it does not accept registrations.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other gaming restriction that would prohibit your participation on the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 777six, or of any affiliated game provider or payment processor, where participation would create a conflict of interest.

777six reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to meet, or the subsequent loss of, eligibility will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending bonus credits, and the processing of withdrawable real-money balances subject to successful KYC verification.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one account on 777six. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same individual, are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777six reserves the right to close all but one account and void any winnings generated in excess of a single account entitlement.

Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

KYC Verification. 777six operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during the account lifecycle at 777six's discretion, you will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (a Pakistani CNIC is accepted as standard) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Account withdrawals will remain suspended pending completion of successful KYC verification.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777six login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other individual. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 777six support at support@777six.org immediately.

Account Closure. You may request the closure of your 777six account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding real-money balances will be returned to you through your registered payment method following successful KYC verification, less any applicable processing fees disclosed at the time of the closure request.

Accepted Currency. 777six operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, wager amounts, winning calculations, and transaction records are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied on standard transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods. 777six currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK. Accepted methods and associated minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of your 777six account dashboard and are subject to change.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 777six account balance in real time upon successful authorisation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to two (2) business days to reflect. 777six does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own verified name.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 777six reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing timelines.

Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, any deposited funds must have been wagered at least once on qualifying casino games or sports betting markets. This condition exists to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations under 777six's licence framework and is not a bonus wagering requirement.

777six offers various promotional bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback incentives, and event-specific promotions throughout the year. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Validity Period. Bonuses must be claimed and all associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonus credits are forfeited without recourse.
• Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Rule. While an active bonus is applied to your account, the maximum permitted wager per bet or spin is PKR 1,000 (or such amount as stated in the specific promotion terms). Exceeding the maximum bet restriction while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player. Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time per account. New players are eligible for welcome bonuses only on their first qualifying deposit. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once — including through a second or duplicate account — constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse. 777six takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play between accounts to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of software errors, and misrepresentation of identity to qualify for targeted offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 777six will void all bonus credits and any winnings derived from them and reserves the right to permanently close the account.

777six reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable. Changes will not affect bonus credits already credited to an account prior to the modification.

All casino games available on the 777six platform — including slot games, live dealer games, RNG table games, and crash games — are supplied by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates under the rules set by its respective studio, which are accessible within the game's information panel.

Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently tested and verified for fairness by recognised gaming testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is independent and unpredictable. 777six does not alter or interfere with RNG outcomes.

Return to Player (RTP). Published RTP percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return across a large number of game rounds. RTP is not a guarantee of any particular outcome within any individual session. Actual results will vary.

Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in a game outcome being incorrectly recorded or a wager being accepted in error, 777six reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. No compensation is payable beyond the return of the voided wager.

Game Disputes. If you believe a game has produced an incorrect outcome, you must raise the dispute with 777six support within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 777six's decision on game disputes is final, subject to the player's right to escalate to the applicable regulatory authority under 777six's licence framework.

The 777six sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 fixtures), football, UFC, and other markets as published on the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports wagers placed on 777six:

• Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the 777six platform. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues are not valid.
• Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager.
• Event Cancellation. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Void Bets. 777six reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrectly published odds, or where the outcome was known or reasonably knowable to the player at the time of placing the bet (i.e., in-play manipulation). Void bets will have stakes returned without interest.
• Maximum Payout. A maximum single-event payout cap applies across all sports markets. The current maximum payout limit is displayed in the sports betting section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Cricket Rules. For PSL and international cricket markets, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruption and a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result is declared, 777six will settle all match-result markets on the official DLS result. Match-total markets will be voided unless specific minimum over conditions stated in the market rules are satisfied.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777six platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds pending AML investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform or place wagers
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not occur in normal gameplay
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or arbitrage bonus offers
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account restrictions imposed by 777six
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your 777six account or any winnings, credits, or bonuses within your account to a third party
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777six staff or other players
• Reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or distributing any part of the 777six platform software or content

777six is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and transparent gaming environment. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should be treated as such. We strongly discourage gambling as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 777six players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to keep track of time spent on the platform
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing the 777six platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming outcome

Players who self-exclude from 777six will be removed from all marketing communications immediately. 777six will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, but players accept responsibility for not circumventing exclusion measures by registering new accounts.

All content on the 777six platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game assets, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 777six or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777six platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software
• Use any 777six trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror any page of the platform on any other website or service

Any unauthorised use of 777six intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Platform Availability. 777six strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond 777six's reasonable control. 777six shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of platform unavailability.

Financial Losses from Gambling. 777six accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by a player as a result of participating in casino games or sports betting on the platform. All gambling activity on 777six is undertaken at the player's own risk and with the full understanding that gambling can result in the loss of all deposited funds.

Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777six excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.

Maximum Liability Cap. Where 777six is found liable to a player under these Terms, in tort, or otherwise, 777six's total aggregate liability in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their 777six account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777six's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by 777six's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

777six collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 777six. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling commitments applicable to all 777six users:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes
• 777six does not sell personal data to third-party marketers
• Payment data (JazzCash numbers, bank account details) is transmitted via encrypted channels and is not stored in plaintext on 777six servers
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to 777six's regulatory data retention obligations

777six reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights, obligations, or the operation of the platform — 777six will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where email contact details are available and verified, by sending a notification to the registered email address on the account.

Non-material changes, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 777six platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 777six's international gaming licence framework.

Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 777six, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at support@777six.org. The majority of disputes are resolved informally and to the player's satisfaction at this stage. Please provide full details of your complaint, your account username, and any supporting documentation when raising a dispute.

Formal Complaints. If your dispute is not resolved informally within fourteen (14) business days of first contact, you may escalate your complaint to the applicable regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body under 777six's licence framework. Details of the applicable ADR body are available on request from the 777six support team.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
